From the Principal
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. ~ Hebrews 13:8
May 18, 2018
Hello everyone, I am Akintade and my day as principal was great. I got to watch PK ride their bicycles. I went to Panera with Mrs.Frischmann and Ms. Schwarze. I also got to help put up a sign for school. But the best part of my day was...EVERYTHING!
Well, as you can see from the above note, I have enjoyed my last "Principal for a Day" event. It was a great day and I want to say a big THANK YOU to all of the students and parents who have supported our school by being "Principal for a Day" over the last 15 years. I have enjoyed each and every one of you!
Yesterday's PK-KDG musical, "David and the Giant," was a lot of fun! Thank you to all of the parents and friends who joined us and stayed for the luncheon. I hope you will all continue to share what a great school your little one attends and invite them to join us! You are our best advertisers!
Next Thursday is the KDG-6 musical. The students in KDG-4 need to wear their Sock Hop attire/50's dress to school that day for a morning dress rehearsal. Students should wear their costumes to school in the morning and bring retro spirit wear for the rest of the day.
Finally, I want to say thank you very much to all of you for helping to make my 20 years of ministry at Our Redeemer Lutheran School so wonderful. I have loved serving your families and especially your children so very much. You have all touched my life in a very special way and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I will continue to pray for all of you and for ORLS. This is an excellent place to learn and grow and I know the Lord will bless Mr. Moss and his leadership.
