From the Principal

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. ~ Hebrews 13:8

I hope everyone has enjoyed this short week. I know your teachers and aides spent the extra two days working hard on their various professional development activities.

It was so nice to end the short week with a Donuts with Dad event! Thank you PTL parents for making these fun things happen for our school.

Remember, this Friday is the last day of the first quarter grading period. Be sure to call the school office to make your appointment for Parent/Teacher conferences. This is a very important opportunity for you to meet with your child's teacher.

Have you turned in your QFE pledge/gift yet? We are watching each class to see when they have reached 100% participation. As the classes reach 100%, they will get to have an ice cream sundae party! I am sure you want to help your child's class reach that goal! If you need another envelope, we have plenty in the school office and on the desk in the Fellowship Hall (lunchroom).

Last reminder for this week - Students should only be wearing Tommy H. school uniforms now. That means that any shirt, pants, sweaters, or whatever should not have Parker labels in them. I have not said anything to children at this point, but please check your child's uniforms and make sure you are not providing them with the wrong school apparel.
