January 10, 2020 – PK4 Teacher’s Notes
Happy New Year! We are so excited to be back with your precious children. We missed them so much. We have started the year off with exciting things like making snow, new centers, winter animals and more. This second part of the year, you will see your children becoming more independent and doing so many more complicated skills. We will be transitioning into more handwriting and skills to prepare for kindergarten.
Here are the objectives we focused on this week:
-Jesus Heals the Beggar
-Winter Animal study and group work
-Making snow with baking soda and shaving cream
– practicing our numbers in shaving cream
– New centers for math and language
– choosing our journals for handwriting
-Letter J, j Jellyfish and jelly beans
– Math bingo
Thank you for all your sweet cards and gifts. I am blessed beyond words.
Have a Wonderful Weekend!
