November 22, 2019 – 3rd Grade Teacher’s Notes
Social Studies: Our focus in social studies this week was on healthy communities. Students learned about the variety of resources such as hospitals, fitness centers, grocery stores, churches, etc. in our community. Students learned how these places help us with our health. Students got to create replica buildings of a church, gym, hospital, and grocery store. They used their creativity for designing and building. I see some potential future artists, architects, designers, etc!
