I’m Rachel Schultz, and I’m honored to join Our Redeemer Lutheran School as the new Early Childhood Director. My journey in Lutheran education began at a small school in Wisconsin, where I first felt called to work with young children. I studied Early Childhood Education at Concordia University Chicago and have spent my career creating joyful, hands-on, Christ-centered learning environments. For the past seven years, I directed a homeschool co-op in Harker Heights, Texas, where I partnered with parents to teach children of all ages. That experience deepened my love for creativity, flexibility, and outdoor learning—one of my favorite beliefs is, “Whatever can be done inside can be done outside.” I’m passionate about helping each child feel known, loved, and equipped to grow in faith and learning. I’m so excited to be part of the Our Redeemer family and can’t wait to get to know you and your children!
