Director of Education
It is with great pleasure that we announce that Jessica Bangert has been promoted to Director of Education at Our Redeemer.
Mrs. Bangert has been a part of the Our Redeemer family serving as a lead teacher in 5th grade for the past seven years. Two years ago, she added Vice Principal to her duties along with coaching the girls volleyball team. Prior to joining Our Redeemer, Jessica taught for five years at Lutheran South Academy in Houston, then five years at St. Paul in Fort Worth. She majored in elementary education at Concordia University in Chicago.
Jessica will assist our Head of School, Suzanne Davis, and will oversee our PK-4 through 6th grade academic programs, using her 15 years of experience and love for Christ to lead the faculty and staff.
Jessica shows up each and every day with a radiant smile, a winning attitude and a passion for Our Redeemer.
Fun Fact: Jessica was the first runner-up in the 2007 Sangamon County Fair Queen Pageant!
