Description: Partner with classroom teachers in maintaining a positive, organized, safe classroom environment. Partner with the classroom teachers and families in seeking excellence for Our Redeemer Lutheran School.
- Teaching assistants should:
- Dress professionally
- Be Punctual each day
- Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with students, parents, and colleagues
- Respect, encourage, and support students, parents, and colleagues
All early childhood employees should be able to repeatedly get down to children’s eye level, walk up ramps or stairs, and occasionally lift children up to 30 lbs.
