For our families that need care before and/or after school, we offer a flexible, age-appropriate program that balances the need for care with a fun, relaxing extended day. Crafts, games, snacks and outdoor/gym exercise are all a part of the Extended Care day, with time set aside for homework and reading as needed.

Morning Care – 7:00 am to 8:00 am
Afternoon Care – 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm
Payment
Payment for all of Extended Care fees are made through our Blackbaud Tuition Management payment system and billed according to your billing preferences set up through your tuition agreement.
Late Pick Up Policy and Procedures
If a parent knows he or she will be late picking up a child, please call 214-232-3602 to notify our caregivers. This will relieve stress for the child, when he or she is not picked up by 6:00 pm. There is a late fee of $10 for the first five minutes and $1 for each minute after that. Do not call the school office as it will be closed. Please remember that children must signed out even if picked up on the playground.
